Petersen recorded a goal and assist to lead the Roos to an 8-0 non-conference win v. Wells on Wednesday. The goal was his first collegiate score and put Canton up 5-0 in the 35th minute on a beautiful header before colliding with the Wells keeper. He also registered his first assist in a Canton uniform when he helped set up Ellis Sanchez’s team-leading fifth goal of the season in the 30th minute.
