Werner averaged 1.44 kills, 0.56 blocks and 0.56 aces per set hitting .346 on 26 attacks (13K, 4E, 26 ATT.) leading the Roos to a 2-0 weekend in conference play. She posted a team-best 10 kills hitting .529 to go with four blocks, two aces and two digs as Canton overcome a two-set deficit to defeat Cazenovia in five sets (22-25, 17-25, 25-13, 25-22, 15-8). The rookie closed out her weekend with three kills, three aces, a dig and a block in a 3-1 win (25-20, 19-25, 25-20, 28-26) win v. SUNY Poly.
