Hess paced the Roos with a round of 5-over par, 77, to lead the Roos to a second place finish out of seven teams at the Clarkson Invitational. The senior finished in a tie for sixth place individually out of 38 golfers. His score helped Canton record a team score of 314, their second lowest 18-hole team round of the season, as they defeated both Clarkson and St. Lawrence.
