Sébastien Paquette, a freshman on the men’s hockey team, has been named this week’s Roo of the Week. “Sebs” has demonstrated a high level of consistency throughout the fall both on and off the ice. He brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to workouts and practice each day, all while having a smile on his face. As we moved into Phase III of our resocialization, “Sebs” didn't miss a beat and his overall work ethic has exceeded expectations. Most importantly, he is constantly working on his academics to be successful in the classroom as an Engineering major. “Sebs” has been a great example for our program both on and off the ice along with the rest of his freshman teammates.
