Culkin averaged 15.0 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game in her first two collegiate contests. She opened the season with a game-high 20 points to go with four rebounds, two steals and a block in a loss to Coast Guard Academy. The rookie followed that up with her first double-double tallying 10 points, a game-best 17 rebounds, two steals, a block and an assist in a loss to Cazenovia. For her performance on the weekend Culkin was named to the All-Tournament Team.
