Mayette scored two goals and added an assist as the Roos posted a 1-0-1 unbeaten weekend against No. 14 nationally-ranked Fredonia, a team who came into the weekend with just one loss in 10 contests. The sophomore captain scored a pair of goals posting a +2 on-ice rating in a 4-2 Canton win on Friday. After getting the team an early 1-0 lead 3:40 into the first period he sealed the win on an empty-netter with 56 seconds remaining. He followed that up with an assist on the Roos lone goal finishing with a +1 leading the team to a 1-1 tie v. the Blue Devils.
