Pele and Niemiec put in countless hours this fall volunteering their time to webcast nearly every home fall event from men's and women's soccer to volleyball matches. The duo worked to improve their commentary throughout the fall and viewers often mentioned their excitement on air and how pleased they were with the play-by-play and color commentary. Both Pele and Niemiec were heavily involved with the Roos Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and making that group a bigger presence on campus this year. Niemiec even missed a pair of women's hockey games to attend the SAAC Student Leadership conference in Washington, D.C. taking part in a weekend of training to help bring ideas back to Canton. In addition the pair was also heavily involved with community service from camps and clinics and hosting local girl's hockey players in the locker room after games.
