Adams scored three goals to lead the Roos to a 1-0-1 unbeaten weekend in a crucial weekend Colonial Hockey series against Stevenson. She scored a pair of goals 3:41 apart in the second period on Friday as her second tally proved to be the game-winner, her third of the season. The sophomore then gave the Roos a 2-1 lead midway through the third period on Saturday before the Mustangs added a late equalizer.

With the strong performance, she led the team to the three seed in the upcoming conference tournament, improving on the team’s four seed in the 2016 playoffs. Adams is tied for second in the league in goals with 20 and ranks fourth with 26 points.
