Mancini pitched a gem of a game giving up just three hits in a complete game shutout as the seventh seeded Roos earned a 6-0 victory against five seed Houghton College in the Empire 8 Tournament on Friday. Mancini had a remarkable outing on the mound striking out 11 batters while walking just three in nine innings of work. The Scotia, NY native got off to a quick start as he fanned nine batters and giving up just two hits in the first five innings of work.
