Cornish had an impressive weekend helping the Roos extend their win streak to 12 matches as they went 3-0 at home on Saturday and Sunday. The sophomore averaged 3.22 kills and 1.11 digs per set while hitting .317 on 63 attack attempts. In three matches she tallied 29 kills and 10 digs.

She led SUNY Canton in kills in all three matches finishing with a weekend high 11 against Maine-Fort Kent on Saturday. The women’s volleyball team returns to action this weekend at the Clarkson University Invitational. The Roos square off with the host Golden Knights, who are ranked 11th in the nation, on Friday at 7:00 p.m.
