Lauzon finished in fifth place individually leading the men's cross country team to a second place showing out of the eight-team field Saturday afternoon at the Southern Vermont Invitational. Lauzon paced SUNY Canton finishing fifth out of the 65-runner field in a time of 18:48 over the extremely hilly 5-kilometer course. The top five run is the highest place for the junior in a Roo uniform.

The men's cross country team returns to the trails next Saturday when they travel to Johnson, VT to take part in the Johnson State College Invitational beginning at 11:15 a.m.
