Rumble shot the lowest score at the spring portion of the 2025-26 Empire 8 Championship with a two-round total of 157 (+13). After sitting tied for seventh following the fall portion of the tournament he climbed his way to solo third with rounds of 80 and 77. In Sunday’s (4/19) third round he went out in 39 and came home in 41 recording a birdie and 10 pars as part of his round. He concluded the tournament with a 77 (38-39) on Monday (4/20) including registering three birdies on his back nine. Following his performance at the tournament he was named Empire 8 First Team All-Conference and the Empire 8 Rookie of the Year as he produced the lowest four-round score of any rookie in the field.

Rumble followed that up finishing tied for sixth place out of 47 golfers at the two day, 36-hole Oswego Spring Invitational on Saturday (4/25) and Sunday (4/26). He shot a 76 (36-40) on Saturday with two birdies, nine pars and seven bogeys. Rumble followed that up with a 75 (37-38) on Sunday with three birdies, eight pars and seven bogeys to improve from tied for eighth after the opening round to a tie for sixth at the conclusion of the tournament.
