2016-17 Season
Played in 25 contests for the Roos in 2016-17…The defenseman tallied three points, all on assists…One of those assists came in Canton’s huge 6-1 win over rival SUNY Potsdam in 11/29…She also blocked 14 shots on the season.

2015-16 Season
Appeared in 24 contests during her rookie season with the Roos… Tallied a total of 13 shots on goal and 4 blocked shots… She netting her first collegiate goal during a 5-3 victory against Salem State… She finished off the season recoding a total of 5 points on 2 goals and 3 assists.

High School/Previous Team
Mariah attended school at the Bayside Secondary School where she graduated with honors, and a French immersion diploma… She played on the Belleville Bearcats Bantam AA team where she was eventually named captain… She became a gold medalist at the Pittsburgh Elite Hockey tournament… Qualified for provincials… She also received a gold medal at the Durham West tournament.

Born January 8^th, 1997 she is the daughter of Peter and Janet McCue… sister of Leah, and Sheridan… Mariah is a Criminal Justice major.

Reason You Chose SUNY Canton:  Criminal justice program and being able to play hockey.
Plans For After Graduation: Returning to Canada to join the canine unit in the police force as well as continuing to play hockey.
