Who is Your Personal Hero/Idol and Why? My Opa (grandfather), as he has always been my number one fan and I play every game and practice for him. I live every day to make him proud, and he is my motivation daily even if he is not with me physically.

Why Did You Chose SUNY Canton: I chose SUNY Canton because from being recruited to officially committing, the coaching staff and the team never failed to make me feel welcomed. When I first met the team, I instantly knew these were people I wanted to surround myself with! Also, the Criminal Justice program is extraordinary and I enjoy the small class sizes. I feel as though I can connect with my professors and can easily ask questions. The beautiful campus and dorms were a big plus, it immediately felt like a second home, and I knew I wanted to spend my next four years at SUNY Canton.  
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton: I love the atmosphere. Everyone is very welcoming and always has a smile on their face. The professors are always open to help out with anything you need and are great with accommodating to our sports schedules.
Who is Your Favorite SUNY Canton Professor and Why? My favorite professor at SUNY Canton is Mr. Wood. He does more than just teach, he cares. He cares about how we are doing whether its class or just our well-being.
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton: I love that we are a family no matter where we are from or what team we used to play for we were brought together and the upperclassmen have done an amazing job at making everyone always feel included. As for our coaches, they are always there for us, whether it is hockey related or not. Canton has given me more than just a team, it has given me another family and lifelong friendships that I will cherish beyond my four years here.
