John Mousaw enters his fourth season as a volunteer assistant with the women's hockey program during the 2019-20 season. The team has a 34-36-10 combined record including making a three Colonial Hockey Conference playoff appearances during his three seasons on the bench.Â
The Roos finished with a program record 14 wins during the 2016-17 season including the team's first Colonial Hockey Conference playoff victory in program history. The team saw a pair of players named First Team All-Conference (Tess Adams, Noelle Niemiec), one player earn a Third Team nod (Brooke Susac) and two make the All-Rookie Team (Susac, Sydney Jordan). Fifteen student-athletes were named to the CHC All-Academic Team.Â
The Roos added another 10 win season and CHC Semifinal appearance during the 2017-18 season. Adams was named the CHC Player of the Year and her and Jordan were both named First Team All-Conference. Susac and freshman Ashley Gillies were recognized on the Third Team, while Gillies also earned All-Rookie Team honors.Â
