• Bethany attended Rice Memorial High School where she played hockey and lacrosse
• Named an Honorable Mention for the Top Performer in the NGHL Red Division
• She hit 100 points her senior year and received the Coaches Award for her team
• In lacrosse, she won the state championship her senior year and was named playoff MVP, ending the season 17-0
• Named to First Team and elected as one of the top goalies in Vermont for lacrosse
• Played travel hockey for the Vermont Flames

Why Did You Choose SUNY Canton: The first time I stepped on campus, it immediately felt like home. The environment here is something no other school has. Everyone here wants you to be successful and it’s truly a special place.
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton: The sense of community
Who is Your Favorite SUNY Canton Professor and Why? Professor Wood because he has always been patient with me and is willing to help me with whatever I need.
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton? How special our bond is. We are more than just teammates; we are one big family. We are always doing things together, supporting each other, and lifting each other up no matter what is going on. Our team culture is truly unmatched, and I think that is what makes our team so special. But none of that would be possible without our amazing coaching staff. Coach Hart and the rest of the coaches have created an environment where everyone feels supported, valued, and motivated to be their best. They care about us not only as athletes but also as people, and that means a lot. They push us to work hard, believe in ourselves, and always have each other's backs. I couldn't ask for a better group of teammates or coaches, and I'm so grateful to be part of this family.
