• Attended Northern Adirondack High School where she was a three-sport athlete competing in basketball, softball and tennis
• In 2016 her basketball team won sectionals and regionals making a trip to the State Final Four
• In 2017 and 2018 her basketball team won sectionals

Who is Your Personal Hero/Idol and Why? I think my hero/idol is myself in 10 years. Then when I get to that 10 years my idol will be myself in the next 10. Every day, month, and week that goes by it will still be me in 10 years. I’ll never be my hero, but it will keep me chasing something and work to become a better me.

Why Did You Chose SUNY Canton: SUNY Canton has a great criminal justice program and I was looking to get back to living in a smaller area. As well Coach Klassen gave me this amazing opportunity to play again and I’m so grateful for that.
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton: SUNY Canton reminds me of home and it’s not too far from home but far enough. I like the applied aspect of the majors so I will be able to learn hands on.
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton: I’m still starting to really meet everyone, but I love that everyone is really understanding and they are always there to pick you up and cheer you on.
