• Chelsie was a three-sport athlete at Dansville playing varsity basketball and soccer for three years. She played varsity softball for two years and played tennis for one year.  
• Named to the 2023 and 2024 Section 5 Girls Basketball All-Tournament Teams. Named a 2023 and 2024 Livingston County All-Star and to the 2023 Section 5 All-State Team.
• Earned the Marine Corps leadership award
• Her 2023 basketball team were 2023 and 2024 sectional finalists  
• She played for the Finger Lakes Fury all years of high school

Why Did You Chose SUNY Canton: I chose SUNY Canton because it was overall a good fit academically and athletic wise. I like the campus a lot and my basketball team is like a family.  
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton: The gluten free brownies at the dining hall 
Who is Your Favorite SUNY Canton Professor and Why? Dr. Amani Awwad because she makes me laugh and makes class fun and interesting.  
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton: I love the culture we have and all the laughs we have together. I also love how we push each other all the time. I love my coach's philosophy of the game, the way he pushes us, he is always there for us on and off the court no matter what, and I love his passion.
