• Jordyn was a three-sport athlete at Johnstown competing in softball, soccer and basketball.
• She earned numerous honors including: four-time scholar athlete, AU scholars award, Dean’s scholar, President’s Award for Educational Excellence, The Great Seal of Biliteracy of the State of New York, Three-time Honorable Mention All-County for softball.
• She was captain and earned defensive player of the year award her senior season for softball.
• Soccer team made sectionals her sophomore season in soccer
• Earned Most Valuable Player for goalkeeping her senior year for soccer, and two-time All-County Honorable Mention for soccer

Why Did You Choose SUNY Canton: I believe SUNY Canton was my second best option after the college I was originally going to, Wells College, closed.
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton: I love the town of Canton and the seclusion of the campus. The scenery driving up to Canton from home is very beautiful in the Fall.
Who is Your Favorite SUNY Canton Professor and Why? Professor Awwad because she made class engaging and her storytelling skills were something I always looked forward to during her class.
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton: I like how my teammates all have a similar goal in mind of wanting to make themselves better. We push each other to perform to our best ability. The coach reminds me of my favorite high school softball coach because they both have a unique coaching style and a love for the sport.
