Randy Thayer enters his second season as an assistant coach with the Roos softball program for the 2020-21 academic year.

Randy taught all three of his daughter’s (Lindsey, Sarah, Ashley) the game of softball and served as their coach growing up. All three daughters played collegiate softball as Lindsey was a four-time All-American at St. John Fisher College and is the NCAA D-III career strike outs leader (1,540). Sarah pitched at Oswego State and Ashley pitched for SUNY Potsdam.
