2012 Season
Finished top two for the Roos in six different races… His best 8K time of the year came at the CCOC Championships when he finished with a time of 28:21 good for 21st place… He finished in 6th place overall helping lead SUNY Canton to a first place team finish at the Mountaineer Invitational hosted by Southern Vermont.
 
2011 Season
Placed in the top four for the Roos seven different times… His best race of the season came at the USCAA National Championship in Lake Placid where he placed seventh overall with a time of 29:05… Finished in the No. 2 position for SUNY Canton four times… Finished in the top 20 overall as he clocked an 18:13 5K on his home course at the North Country Invitational.
 
2010 Season
Paced the Roos by clocking the fastest time of any team member in three different events… Finished second overall in the SUNYIT 6K with a time of 20:18… Recorded a fifth-place showing at the Paul Smith 5K with a time of 17:21… In his first 8K of the season tallied a time of 28:41 finishing in the top 10 individually.
 
High School
Jon was a three-sport athlete competing in cross country, track and Nordic skiing at Queensbury High School… He was named cross country MVP and team captain.
 
Personal
Born May 3rd, 1992 he is the son of Brian and LuAnn Flint… Jon is a Mechanical Engineering major.
