2016-17
Started in 12 of the 24 contests she appeared in, averaging 24 minutes per game…In her first season with the Roos, she totaled 97 rebounds, 27 assists, and 20 steals while scoring 99 points on the year…Her season-high of 13 points came on a 63% shooting performance versus Alfred State on 2/10.

2015-16 Season (Newbury College)
Appeared in 23 of 28 games while starting three for the Nighthawks...Missed the first five games due to injury...Recorded 77 points, 63 rebounds, 23 steals, 17 assists and two blocks...Registered a career single-game high 10 points off the bench in a 55-51 victory over Mitchell College (2/26) to send the Nighthawks to their first NECC Championship Game appearance in program history...Dished a career single-game high twice against Mitchell (1/20) and Southern Vt. (1/26)...Recorded a career single-game high three steals three times against Regis (2/6), Wheelock (1/23) and Lesley (12/3)...

Tylar attended Taconic Hills Central School District where she was a three sport athlete competed in 4 years of basketball, 3 years of softball, and 2 years of field hockey… She was captain of her field hockey for both seasons during her freshman and sophomore year… Captain of her softball team all 3 seasons, and also received MVP during her sophomore season… Was captain for her basketball team all 4 seasons while she received MVP during her sophomore year she also received the Sportsmanship Award and was picked for All Tournament Team during her junior year… received MVP, All Tournament Team, and was also selected Senior Game… Also competed in AAU League Games: Hoop Choice, Colonie Cougars, and Lady Titans.

Born October 13^th, 1996… She is the daughter of Cori and Carmen Barbato… She is the sister of Danielle and Carmen…  Made the High Honor Roll (Grades 9-12), Student Liaison, Class Secretary, and part of the Select Choir… Tylar is a Sports Management major.

Plans For After Graduation: To open up a YMCA and help younger children out of bad situations.
