Why Did You Chose SUNY Canton: I chose SUNY Canton because it felt like a home away from home. It’s a nice quiet place for the most part. Growing up in a small town I knew I didn’t really want to go to some big school in a big city. I was lucky enough to find a great place to further my schooling. It was relieving when I finally found the perfect place and I’ve been glad to be taught by the outstanding staff at SUNY Canton.
What Do You Like Most About SUNY Canton: The atmosphere and the staff are my favorite things about SUNY Canton.
Who is Your Favorite SUNY Canton Professor and Why? Very hard question to answer but hands down Janet Parcell-Mitchell. Why you ask? Because she is just simply the best. She is here for the students and cares a lot about her job and her first priority was for us to be successful in her program. She made sure we understood what was going on and she’s one of the people I can thank for my determination in school, and she has really helped me realize the importance of doing a good job in my academics.
What do you like most about your sports team/coach at SUNY Canton: I love all the guys and the atmosphere of the team. We all just click and have a great time out there and work hard together as a unit to push everyone on the team to be a better version of themselves every day.
