Phil started six of the eight games he appeared in on the mound posting a 4.1 record with a 1.67 ERA in 42.1 innings pitched... Led Section IX in strikeouts his senior year with 64... In his final start of the regular season threw a no-hitter against Tri-Valley High School in a 3-0 win... Won the Most Valuable Pitcher award... In the summer of 2014 Phil won a state championship with the Middletown Cobras.

Reason You Chose SUNY Canton: I chose SUNY Canton because it had my major (Health and Fitness Promotion) and I liked the campus.
What are your plans for after graduation?: After graduation I want to become a personal trainer and help people reach their fitness goals. Eventually, I want to own my own training facility.
