- Katlynn earned her Associates degree at North Country Community College.

- Katlynn was a three-sport athlete at Franklin Academy competing in four years of soccer, three years of basketball and one year of softball.
- Her soccer team won a state championship in 2013.
- She was named MVP and earned the Coaches Award for soccer.

- In summer 2020 she ran a half marathon through four mountains (Path Sprint Mt. Bare, Rattlesnake, Sugarload and Pokomoonshine.
- She also started hiking the Adirondack 46ers in summer 2020
