Competed in three events in her rookie season with the Roos… Her fastest 5K time of the year came in 26:41 at the CCOC Championships hosted by Hobart William Smith.

Laura was a two-sport athlete at F.D. Roosevelt High School where she competed in track and field and basketball… She earned an advanced diploma and was an honor roll student.

Born Feb. 6th, 1994 she is the daughter of William and Linda DiFrenza… Laura is a Sports Management major.

Reason You Chose SUNY Canton: I enjoy colder weather and prefer a smaller college campus.
Plans For After Graduation: I hope I will be able to join the US Marine Corps after I graduate. If I can’t, then I will enter the work force. Once I become established, I plan to go on and earn a Master’s degree.
