Bangor, ME – Five different players found the back of the net as host Husson University earned a 5-0 win v. the SUNY Canton women's soccer team on Saturday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Megan Buddemeyer got the Eagles on the board in the 16th minute off a pass from Mackenzie Lambert.
- Kate Harriman doubled the Husson lead with just one second left in the opening half off the setup from Sydney Drew. The hosts held a 4-0 shots on goal advantage and 2-0 lead on the scoreboard at intermission.
- Shannon Dowd tallied an unassisted marker seven minutes out of halftime to extend the lead to three.
- Sophia Mullins fed Emily Helgerson for a score in the 64th minute and 10 minutes later Mullins set up Charlotte Messer for the final goal of the game.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Skylar Williams stopped four shots over the first 63:55 allowing four goals. Samantha Hayes made four saves surrendering one goal over the final 26:05.
- Shie Smith made one save for Husson in the win.
- Taryn Morrissey registered the Roos lone shot on goal.
