Buffalo, NY – Sarah Kosnaskie scored twice and Meghan Best added a goal and two assists but host Buffalo State scored three unanswered goals to earn a 4-3 overtime win on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Roos jumped out to a 3-1 lead after two periods of play. Buffalo State got the early lead on a Lila Toczek short-handed goal, her fifth tally of the year.
- Best knotted the game at one apiece converting on the power play. Kelly Leathem and Alexa Parigi earned helpers on the play. The teams skated to first intermission tied at one.
- Kosnaskie scored twice in the second period, the first coming just 38 seconds in. Best and Micayla Macintyre picked up assists on the play.
- Kosnaskie added her second of the game and seventh of the season at the 11:24 mark with the skater advantage. Breanna Bedborough and Best assisted the goal.
- Natasha Steinle got the hosts within one 50 seconds into the third period when she scored short-handed. A Cheyenne Matson power play tally at 10:34 tied the game at three apiece.
- Tristin Stetson lit the lamp 63 seconds into overtime to complete the comeback for the Bengals.
- Sirena Alvarez stopped 32 shots for the Roos, while Bri Gawronski made 27 stops for Buffalo State.
