Annandale-On-Hudson, NY – Tyler Petersen made seven saves in a 1-0 win Saturday, marking the first time SUNY Canton has defeated Bard in school history. The victory is also the first against a Liberty League opponent since 2014.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• The Roos made it 1-0 in the 52nd minute converting off an own-goal from the Raptors, which proved to be all Canton needed to take the game on Saturday afternoon.
• Tyler Petersen recorded a seven save clean sheet along with fantastic defense to assist the Roos in holding on to a 1-0 lead.
• Six different players registered one shot on target for SUNY Canton. 
• Logan Leppo turned aside six shots for Bard.
