Shayne O'Neill scored the game-winner in the 81st minute to lead the SUNY Canton men's soccer team to a 1-0 road win v. Wells College in the season-opener for both teams on Friday.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- O'Neill came on as a substitute to register three shots and score the game-winner in Friday's non-conference tilt to open the season.
- Sophomore Dawson Pellerin stopped both shots he faced on the afternoon to record his first collegiate clean sheet.
- The teams registered five shots apiece with Pellerin and Wells' Colton Jaquith making two saves apiece.
- Ellis Sanchez and Jacob Deuel tallied a shot on goal each for the Roos.
