Coulter had a huge weekend leading the Roos to a 3-1 record as she averaged 3.31 kills, 2.31 digs, 0.46 aces and 0.31 blocks per set hitting at a .261 clip on 115 total attacks. She opened the weekend with a match-high 16 kills hitting a remarkable .536 (16-1-28) with just one error to go with five digs, two assists and a block in a sweep against St. Lawrence in Friday’s opener. The rookie followed that up with 14 kills, 10 digs, three blocks and two aces in a thrilling five set comeback win against SUNY Potsdam in Friday’s nightcap. Coulter struck for another match-best 10 kills to go with eight digs and three aces in a sweep against Hilbert in Saturday’s opener. She closed out the week with three kills, seven digs, one assist and an ace in a straight set loss to Brockport. Prior to the loss to the Golden Eagles the Roos (8-4) were on a six match win streak and had tied their best start to a season since 2018.
