Snook had a hand in both SUNY Canton goals as the Roos earned a 2-1 road victory at Oswego State on Saturday to take the season series from the Lakers and stay in the fourth and final spot in the SUNYAC playoff race. Prior to this season the Roos had only beaten the Lakers once but won two of the three meetings this year. The senior assisted Canton’s first goal to tie things at 1-1 at 9:06 of the second period. Just 80 seconds later she scored the eventual game-winner shorthanded to lead the Roos to the 2-1 win. She finished the day with a +2 on-ice rating, won 10 faceoffs and blocked a pair of shots. In Friday’s game against the Lakers she had three shots and went 11-for-19 on faceoffs.
