Hooper stopped 48 of the 51 shots he faced (.941 save %) keeping the Roos in the game tied with No. 14 nationally-ranked SUNY Geneseo until 12 minutes into the third period on Saturday. The Knights scored twice late, including once on the power play before a late empty netter sealed the 4-1 win. The 48 saves were a career-high for Hooper surpassing his previous mark of 37 last season against SUNY Potsdam. Hooper had at least 15 saves in every period including 18 in the second period.
