Kosnaskie had a monster game scoring a pair of goals to get the Roos out to a 2-0 lead en route to a 4-2 win v. SUNY Cortland on Saturday on Senior Day. The win snapped the Red Dragons four game win streak, a team who came into the week receiving votes in the United States College Hockey Online (USCHO) Top 10 national poll. Her first goal came as she deked the goalie and put a backhanded shot past the goaltender. Kosnaskie’s second goal was a thing of beauty on the power play as she wristed a shot from above the left circle top shelf just under the cross bar.
