Best was tremendous as she scored a pair of goals to lead the women’s hockey team to a 4-2 win v. Morrisville State on Friday in their NEWHL opener. The win was the first in program history for the Roos against the Mustangs. Best finished the game with a +2 on-ice rating. She also won five of her 10 face offs on Saturday as the Roos earned a 2-2 OT tie at Morrisville to remain unbeaten at 3-0-1 on the season.
