Angie is one of two SUNY canton athletes that received a Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence this year.

Waryasz played for two years on the women's soccer team and earned all-Sunrise Conference honors both seasons.  She scored 19 goals and had 13 assists in 35 career games.  Off the field she was the Outstanding Scholar-Athlete this in the Sunrise Conference for earning the highest grade-point average among all women soccer players and has made the President's List for three straight semesters.  She has volunteered countless hours in the college's community service projects and has worked as a peer counselor.
