The Roos became SUNY Canton’s first program to earn a NCAA Championship berth after winning the North Atlantic Conference Championship with an unbeaten season in conference play, both in the regular season and playoffs. Despite a 16-3 loss to No. 15/21 nationally-ranked Brockport in their first NCAA appearance the Roos finished with a school record 14 wins, breaking the previous mark of 11 and junior Molly Denny set a single-season record with 90 points.
