Conway posted game-highs of 20 points and 11 rebounds for just her third double-double in a Roos uniform as SUNY Canton earned a 67-59 road win at Morrisville State on Wednesday. She was extremely efficient shooting 6-for-9 from the field, 3-for-6 from three-point range and 5-for-6 from the charity stripe.
