Vocino scored three power play goals and added an assist in a weekend set to lift the Roos to the NCAA Division III Independent Tournament title as they earned a 4-3 overtime win and 4-4 overtime tie on Friday and Saturday, respectively. The freshman assisted the Roos opening goal on Friday and scored the third goal to give them a 3-1 lead at the time on Friday. He followed that up with two goals including the game-tying score with 7:30 remaining on Saturday.
