Matos hit .500 in six games this week for the Roos going 8-for-16 from the plate with three multi-hit games. He finished the week with 4 RBI, two runs and two stolen bases. The freshman also drew one walk and recorded a .563 slugging percentage. In the field he posted 13 assists and five putouts. Matos’ best performance of the week came when he went 2-for-3 with a double, scored twice and drove in three runs in an 8-3 win against St. Lawrence University.
