Fletcher averaged 13.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game while shooting 71 percent from the field as SUNY Canton extended its win streak to four games with a pair of victories. Fletcher had a strong game against Houghton College on Saturday with 16 points and seven rebounds on an efficient 6-for-8 from the field, while going a perfect 4-for-4 from the free throw line. Three of his six field goals game on slam dunks as he electrified the crowd. He posted 10 points, six rebounds, three assists and three blocks the previous night in a 78-67 win against Utica College.
The men’s basketball team is back in action on Tuesday, December 16th when it travels to Brooklyn, NY to take on Vaughn College at the Barclays Center, home of the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets. The Roos take on Vaughn at 2:30 p.m. followed by the Nets hosting the Miami Heat at 7:30 p.m.
