Kistabish had a huge weekend helping the women’s hockey team to a sweep of visiting Buffalo State. With the 5-2 and 4-2 wins the Roos extended their unbeaten streak to six games and have currently won three straight contests. On Friday the freshman netted the Roos final three goals, including the game-winner as she tallied her first career hat trick with all three scores coming in the second period. She also assisted the Roos third goal of the game.

Kistabish followed that performance up by assisting SUNY Canton’s final score in a 4-2 come from behind win on Saturday. The Pikogan, QUE native now has five goals and four assists in eight games this season. The women’s hockey team is back on the ice Tuesday when it hosts Utica College at 7:00 p.m. in the Roos House.
