Ellison had a terrific week for the men’s basketball team as he averaged 15.5 points and 12.0 rebounds in two contests. The junior had a break-out performance in a tight 100-96 loss to undefeated Alfred University as he posted team-highs of 23 points and 17 rebounds to go with six steals. On Wednesday against Clarkson he tallied eight points and seven rebounds on 4-for-8 shooting.

On the week the New York, NY native shot 48 percent from the field and 83 percent from the free throw line. Ellison grabbed 14 of his 24 boards on the offensive glass and currently leads the team with 7.3 rebounds and 3.8 offensive boards per outing. The men’s basketball team returns to the hardwood December 4th when it visits Utica College at 6:00 p.m.
