Cross Country Announces 2023 Schedule

Canton, NY – The SUNY Canton men's and women's cross country teams and Head Coach John Kennedy have released their schedules for the upcoming 2023 season.

The Roos will compete in seven invitationals including a race crosstown at St. Lawrence University.

The teams open the season on September 2nd when they take part in the Castleton Invitational. The squads will return to Vermont again the following weekend taking part in the Vermont Tech Maple Syrup Challenge on September 9th.

After an off weekend, SUNY Canton returns to the North Country on September 23rd when they take part in the Hoffman Invitational at St. Lawrence. The Roos make a trip to Massachusetts to wrap up September with a race at Hampshire College.
 
SUNY Canton is off the first weekend of October before traveling to Geneva for the Cross Country Only Championships October 14th. The team will then make the long trek to Maine on October 28th to take part in the North Atlantic Conference championship, which is hosted by Maine Presque Isle. The teams will then hit the trails at the NCAA Mideast Regionals on November 11th. Westfield State will host the event.
