(Canton, N.Y.)- The SUNY Canton women's ice hockey team will start their inauguaral season playing in one of the finest hockey venues.

SUNY Canton opened the doors on the College's new $40 million athletic and recreation center in the summer of 2011 and includes a new ice arena, the first ever on campus rink.  There are new locker rooms for both the women's and men's team with spacious stalls, plenty of individual storage and individual lock boxes for personal belongings.
