Sam ran four years of cross country & track and field at Northeastern Clinton… Had three top 12 finishes and a top 60 performance at the NYSPHAA Cross Country Championships… Named a Third Team All-Star her junior year… Named a Fourth Team All-Star her senior year and placed sixth at State Qualifiers… She earned the Sportsmanship award and broke the 2000 meter steeplechase school record in track.

Born Nov. 13th, 1996 she is the daughter of Kevin & Meredith Smith… Sister of Jessica and Kevin, Jr… Sam is a Physical Therapy Assistant major.

Plans For After Graduation: Get a job as a Physical Therapist Assistant while going to school for my Doctorate degree for Physical Therapy.
