Canton, NY – The SUNY Canton women's basketball team took time out of its busy practice and game schedule to host clinics with the Gouverneur St. James Vikings as well as the Canton Hoopsters.
The Roos hosted fourth, fifth and sixth graders from the Gouverneur St. James on November 21st and visited the Canton Hoopsters at Canton Elementary on December 6th. Members of the women's basketball team went through different drills and the basics of the games with the area youth. This was a fun opportunity for the Roos players to bond with local youth players over the game of basketball.
